    Didn’t even receive it

    I ordered this item more than 15 days ago. So I got an email to review it but I haven’t even received it and have have asked so many times for an update and all I got really was vague responses..I actually got told it had been delivered when it hadn’t? and there’s no update on the tracking still..so now I’m told it’ll be another 48 hours. More hassle than it even worth. Disappointing :’)

    Return Issues

    I enquired at the post office to have this item sent back with tracking and was quoted £13.50! The original item cost £16.99 + £3.99 postage so I would have essentially got a £3 refund from a £21 purchase. This is unrealistic and the sole reason I have not returned this item despite it being unopened and unused. Will not be ordering from Laura James again due to this.
