I ordered 2 of these lockers. They arrived very promptly and extremely well wrapped. One of the knobs for the drawer was broken but when I contacted customer service it was replaced very quickly. They really add a touch of elegance to my bedroom and I’m happy to purchase from this company again.

Laura James have been a brilliant company to deal with, my two mirrored bedside lockers arrived 2/3 days after I ordered them. I loved them instantly once I opened the boxes. However, there was a crack in the glass above the drawer on one of the lockers, so my joy quickly turned to disappointment. I immediately emailed Laura James and told them what happened and I included pictures of the crack. Laura James emailed me back straight away to say that they would send me out a new one. The new (perfectly intact) bedside locker arrived two days later.
I am so happy with my purchase and I have rarely (if ever) come across customer service this good.
