Excellent value for money

Ok, so the husband had kittens when he saw the pieces and I was dubious that the quality would be any good because of the price, but I was pleasantly surprised and it looks gorgeous in our bedroom.

Wrong order. Customer service needs some training

I received my delivery on time but it came in two boxes. Box 2 of 2 was not for 3 Over 4 - Chest of Drawers in Grey. I contacted customer service and got no response. I then phoned and was told they would check the warehouse to see if they could locate my missing box. after 4 days still no response so I had to phone again. They asked me to leave it 48 hrs for the warehouse to come back to them. Again no communication so I phoned again to cancel my order. It was to be collected two days ago and guess what still no response. Im sure its a lovely piece of furniture thats currently cluttering up my hallway. But their customer service is a joke.
