On the fence

There are good points & bad points to this, overall a really nice unit, thick & sturdy & if follow the instructions easy to build. However the downside…I do not think it is grey like in the pics it is more of a beige colour & the doors received were not of standard for a new piece of furniture. They are chipped, marked & scratched. Laura James offered me a £10 refund but not sure that makes up for it!

Great product

Broken parts but overall good interaction with company

When I received this the box was badly damaged and when I opened it the unit had broken parts and alot of scratches i sent an email and Laura James got back to me and gave me options for a replacement or full refund, i opted for a replacement which did come in better condition some parts of the wood just look worn but once it was all put together it looks great, Laura James customer service was very nice and each item was delivered within a week of ordering

Bargain

Unit wasn't the colour in its photos on the website.

Good quality unit but unhappy with the colour.
More of a sandy brown colour than grey.
