- We only use high density, soft foam. This type of foam is specifically formulated to retain its shape for longer than regular foam - yet be exceptionally soft and comfortable to sit in. (Foam that is low in weight, although firm at first, will not last long or support your body as well as high density soft foam).
Update: You can still shop online with us as normal and our delivery times are unchanged.
Any orders before 1pm will be dispatched on that business day - Monday to Friday. The item will arrive within 2-4 business working days after purchase.
If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday you can expect your item will be dispatched when our warehouse reopens first thing Monday morning and therefore you should receive your item on the Wednesday.
If the item shows a delivery date range this indicates that it is on pre-sale and is currently on its way to our warehouse. The item will be delivered to your door within the date range specified at the time of purchase.
For example, if the delivery date range shows 5-8th November, delivery will occur between those dates. If the delivery date range changes after you have purchased and we haven’t contacted you, your delivery date range remains the same as originally stated.
