    Great chairs difficult to assemble

    The assembly has some good points - the parts are mostly labelled, and all the bolts are the same size, but the brackets are inaccurately welded making construction very difficult. On each chair I had to miss one bolt as it would not align, however the framework appears very strong and I don't think this will matter.
    The chairs look good and are surprisingly comfortable.

    Really comfy chairs .
    Fast delivery service.
    Only thing I would say is glass top on table not very firmly held with the small plastic suckers.

    As I said before my order is not complete it's missing the legs off the chairs and I don't have a table you told me already that you were going to complete my order so please do I'm not interested in anymore correspondence just the missing parts off my order thanks

    Amazingly comfortable

    Brought these unsure on the comfortability but I was shocked at how comfy these are. Received lots of compliments and really enjoy! Would recommend highly!

    Product needs some attention

    I feel bad giving a low score on this product because customer service and speed of delivery were good but the product itself really needs some attention, firstly the alignment to fit together is not great and secondly the string has been cut in several places causing it to unravel, I reported to c/s and a replacement was sent quickly but this time the alignment still not good. Great company shame about the product.

    Love my new bistro set. There were a couple of issues with slow delivery but the Laura James team were extremely helpful and efficient and very helpful in speeding up my order.

    Lovely chairs.

    This set looks great in my garden and the chairs are very comfy. The reason they don’t get 5 stars is the instructions were not right so putting them together was a little tricky. Luckily I’m well versed in “flat pack” furniture being from the land of IKEA so I managed.
