This is a wonderful set that has transformed our outside area. Much better quality than I had expected.
Was a little bit wary when we ordered the set as we wasn’t sure how good the quality would be. It’s was relatively easy to assemble and looks great and so sturdy. Just what we wanted. We’ve added some more cushions and looks really expensive. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
I was dreading receiving this set after reading previous reviews. Our order arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date. Communication about delivery was excellent. The couriers delivered on time and everything arrived well packaged and carefully handled. We have been using the furniture for a few weeks now and overall I can say we are happy with our new garden furniture. However - it was difficult to put together and one of screws had to be replaced. The metal frame is fine once fully assembled but it does look a bit cheap and there were a few imperfections on the black powder coating which we were happy to overlook for the price of the set. I also agree with previous reviews that the seat pads are thin and additional cushions for the back of the chairs are 100% necessary! Considering that similar sets available elsewhere are either out of stock or over £1000 in price we are happy with our purchase!
I ordered the Wick Rattan Sofa Set in ‘Natural’ and couldn’t be happier with it! Great quality, very comfortable and looks lovely in the garden. The sofa is the perfect size for two adults and is very sturdy. The added bonus was the furniture arriving a whole month earlier than expected, just in time for Easter, which was brilliant!
I love the four seater sofa rattan set. It’s perfect for a small garden patio or decking area, it’s also really comfortable and looks great.

First off on a positive the furniture is great quality and feels nice I'm pleased with the product however the set was delivered on Wednesday with no fixings i spoke to customer service and they said they would get them to me as soon as possible. I had to email them again on Tuesday as they still hadn't turned up they eventually came on Thursday a whole week to receive the fixings.
Won't use them again
Also make sure you have a 4mm Alan key as the ones they send are worse than poor
