Absolutely fantastic sofa set. Easy to build and very comfortable to sit in! Perfect finishing touch to our garden!
Arrived on time after having to email for a delivery date. Can only speak for the quality of the chairs and table, which are very high quality and lovely colour rattan. However, one chair panel damaged and sofa arm screw holes not aligned to the body so unable to build 2-seater. Replacements parts sent but a) did not fix the issue and b) did not receive all parts required. Ongoing communication with customer service to resolve.
We had 2 of the sofa sets and the quality is brilliant. Took a little while to build but worth the effort. The parasol itself is also great. The only thing that let it down was the parasol base. The seals don’t screw on at all meaning the water ballast had completely leaked out.
I am really pleased with this set, I have only deducted 1 star as the set arrived without the fixings required to build it but it was easy to sort and Laura James were quick to sort and send me a new set which delayed me building it but given the set arrived earlier than expected it wasn’t too much of an issue.
I was expecting a battle in putting it together but I found it really straightforward. Took me about 2 hours on my own including the parasol. It’s really comfy and looks fabulous on my decking! Good quality. Really pleased - would definitely recommend!

Fantastic quality for the price and very quick and easy to put together. A bonus, was the included small ratchet that came with the bolts. Made the build so much quicker. I would highly recommend this product. Delivery was also excellent and arrived before expected date.
