An update for our customers (Covid-19)

In light of the recent government update regarding coronavirus (covid-19) we wanted to assure you, our customers, that as an online business we are continuing to operate as usual.

You can still shop online with us as normal.

Our thoughts are with all of those affected and the brave front-line staff working tirelessly in these uncertain times. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide any necessary updates.

And while we are running our operations largely as normal, the health and safety of our customers and co-workers are our top priorities. We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.

A majority of the Laura James team are now working from home and we are providing resources to help employees modify how they work, including flexible schedules for caregivers and remote work wherever possible.

Our warehouse remains open and operational but with strict measures in place to reduce the risk of transmission. We’ve taken best practice guidance from the NHS and healthcare professionals to protect our team, restructure shifts and provide the necessary protective equipment.
