Best rad covers ever!!! Bought 2! Absolutely love love love them can’t recommend enough!!
Exactly what I was looking for, one of the more affordable 4 tiers I’ve come across as well. Was easy to assemble even for a novice like me. Would recommend.
For the longest delivery (14weeks!) with no communication in giving it 1*
14 days after when Laura James believes they fulfilled my order, I still have not received the order. I've contacted customer service twice - yesterday and today- but am told by automated email that Laura James will aim to look at my query.... within 3-5 days. Which is quaint. And reminds me of the time (Georgian era?) when correspondence did typically take that long. But we are 21st century and LJ can resolve a delivery issue within 15 minutes - if they care to. So, It seems that Laura James customer care team dont particularly care about customer care. If this table doesnt turn up within a couple of days I will seek full refund. In the meantime, LJ cust care makes it hard to recommend.
Excellent product. Great delivery time. There was a damaged part on delivery. Laura James have replaced the part without fuss. it's in the post. Great after sales service.
Great value for money and a solid desk once built. The putting together took a while as the directions are not very clear around the installation of the drawer runners. But other than that, a good desk.
Fantastic design and material. Using as my TV stand.
I love the design and it was exactly what I was expecting but one piece was cracked off (in the packaging)
It is a hidden part so not an issue, just thought you should know

Our small sideboard was perfect and the assembly so easy with numbers and explanation.
Love these chairs really good quality, only problem was the screws to put them together are not the best!
The box is very big so kind of awkward and there is no protection of the chair inside the box but other than this then the chair is 10/10 very comfy and a smooth swivel and very fun adjustments up and down

The cabinet was lovely but still waiting for company to get back to me what are they going to do about it being all damaged on arrival, really it's not good enough after buying it .

Very pleased with this piece of furniture. Looks amazing in bedroom and was easy enough to assemble.
I also bought bedside locker which had damage to the top section. Contacted customer service and was swiftly sent out a replacement section.
