    Very pleased

    Excellent service with prompt delivery, for which we were kept well informed. Very pleased with the items. On the whole relatively easy to assemble,other than a little difficulty where one or two bolts didn't quite align, but not a big problem. One or two bolts supplied with the chairs could also probably have had better hexagonal heads as the key tended to slip out of them, however the ratchet spanner/type tool with allen key fitting which came with the table was excellent.
    The chairs are very comfortable and the table a perfect height to sit up and eat off. All we need now is some decent weather so we can enjoy them a bit more. Can Laura do anything about that

    A perfect service

    I ordered an outdoor bistro set which arrived very quickly. The glass top had been damaged in transit and when I contacted the company Francis was brilliant in sorting out the issue. Nothing was too much trouble and a replacement was received swiftly. I would not hesitate to recommend Laura James.

    Fitting the whole thing together not easy

    I found quite a few of the bolts didn't line up with the holes.
    Some of the threads on the bolts were not that good and tended to over thread.
    The suction pads for the glass top were in- effective, so caution is needed when moving the table just a few inches the with the glass on. The rest of the furniture is quite well made

    Took a couple of weeks to arrive as out of stock.
    Sent an email to check the order, had a reply next day ever though it was weekend. Looks great and good value for money, my son assembled the set, there are quite a few screws but its strong and sturdy. Very happy

    Good value for money

    The furniture was not easy to put together and the instructions were unclear as to which screw went in which hole. On one chair a screw hole was missing so I had to get a replacement part. As this arrived the day I went on holiday and I have just got back I have not yet opened the package with replacement part but hope all will be OK. The seats are comfortable and the set is sturdy. Service was excellent.
