The rattan weave comprises PE synthetic material, widely acknowledged for its resistance to varying weather conditions; it is impervious to the sun's UV rays, ensuring color permanence, and remains robust against frost and snow, thus evading brittleness or cracking. This enables you to leave your rattan outdoors throughout the entire year, even during the chilliest and wettest seasons, sans concerns of deterioration.
This set is accompanied by comfortably padded seat cushions. Although the cushion covers are easy to wipe clean, it's prudent to store the cushions indoors when not in use, as they are not impervious to weather. The dining table is capped with a 5mm tempered safety glass, which not only offers augmented protection but is also hassle-free to clean, making it perfect for hosting gatherings.
It is strongly advocated that you store your parasol when not in use, especially during the winter months. Exposing the parasol to inclement weather or leaving it unattended during gusty winds may lead to damage. To prevent mold or mildew from forming, ensure the parasol is completely clean and dry before folding and storing.

Great product same as described and very comfortable
Beautiful garden set. Chairs were a bit tricky to build, table & parasol were straight forward. Highly recommend for outdoor dining. Chair cushions are also very comfy.

At first was a bit disappointed with most of the stuff but costumer services were on the case and I am throughly happy with my end product the chairs are strong and comfortable the parasol is brilliant with led lights all round good product
Our furniture arrived super earlier than expected. Came flat packed but once one chair was assembled the rest were easy. So handy to have the right tools inside.

The products themselves are lovely and I'm really happy with how they look.
Installation was extremely difficult. My first chair took 1.5 hours due to the holes not lining up. I put all the chairs together by hand and then discovered a wrench in with the table. This would have been so much easier to erect if I knew but I understand you can't put one in every box for 2 chairs.
The first chair sits with one screw missing as I simply can't make it fit. Apart from that, it's lovely.
A relative had purchased similar from Laura James and is less expensive than similar from other companies.
Self assembly and it came with all the screws, washers and clear instructions, and fitting tools (fair play!). But it is not British engineering so do not expect eveything to line up. The screws/tools are manufactured of soft metal, the plastic rattan used is of minimal coverage, the colour brown is darker than expected (almost black) that we had thought the wrong item had been supplied or fitted 'inside out'! But in fairness the Chinese manufacture to the remit given.
The furniture is comfortable, the chair seats are of low height compared to the table. Would i purchase again, perhaps, but being mindful of not expecting the substance of a product more expensive.
The Company is very good to deal with, helpful, polite, obliging and friendly. Also, the delivery men are worthy of the same comments. In my experience then, believe you can purchase with relative confidence from this Company.
