I love my new console table, it’s excellent value for money. Looks great. I had issues with the delivery of the item, in that it kept getting delayed and I was the one who contacted Laura James rather than the other way round. However the customer service was always helpful and swift, if not realistic about what was going to happen. I personally would have preferred to have been told ‘we’re sorry but we can’t confirm exactly when the item will be dispatched because…… we understand if you want to cancel your order but hope that you will be willing to wait’ type of thing.
Overall I’d would definitely shop with Laura James again. X
