Found this brand via a advert on the net and decided to have a browse. I was impressed with all the products on line and the bed frame caught my eye. I was able to put together on my own(but if you can get a extra pair of hands that would be better). I've had bed for over a month now and I'm happy with how sturdy the bedframe is and also how eas the ottoman is to manoeuvre. The grey velvet looks alot more expensive than What is was too.. I've defo recommended the brand to friends.

The delivery was actually good, on time and the guy who delivered did it alone and was very patient to carry this to my door in spite its heaviness. The assembly was not that difficult although there were some screws that won’t fit in the holes for some reason and if forced, it would just cross thread. Had to leave the bed without those. The storage bit is massive so I’m very pleased. Closing the storage needs a manual push of the frame to the side as it doesn’t align well at the end corner. So far after 4 days of sleeping on it, it’s working fantastically with my new simba pro mattress. It is a bit low but I am not tall (5’3) so it works for me. Customer service was amazing too. She was very kind and tried to help as much as she can. Overall, I’m happy with my new bed.

Beautiful bed, just such a shame the delivery company was useless. Didn't arrive on the day they planned, then only half the delivery arrived so had to wait 3 more working days to receive the 2nd part. Laura James customer service were great with this, but was frustrating. Bed was easy to put together, my husband managed it on his own in a couple of hours.

So happy with this bed and mattress! Bought for my daughters birthday and she loves it. Super comfy, handy storage & looks amazing. Easy to assemble alone. Quick delivery!

Although the bed is perfect to what we need, unfortunately it come damaged first time but extremely happy with the response of getting a new piece sent out. Wish it was 100% first time

The bed is good, it does the exact job it was intended for. I have a more expensive ottoman bed, over double the price of this one and whilst you can tell the difference (better Ottoman hinge, sturdier baseboard) this one is great for a better price. Took a few hours and a few hands to fix but we got there in the end. No pieces missing and no problems with fixing it.

Very pleased with the quality and value of the bed and was actually quite easy to construct in the end.

The bed isn’t comfortable from the middle part. You sink in from the middle

This bed is beautiful and looks nice in the room. We liked it.
The only thing - the instruction really needs more clarification, because pictures sometimes do not match the reality (for example, holes for screws are not on the same place as on the picture). I think the assembly can not be done by one person, because at some point somebody needs to hold the frame at an angle and another one will put the screws on it. And also after everything was ready to put the mattress on, but just the gas lift was in the “open” position, we didn’t know how to put it down, the instruction was very unclear at this step. So it took some nerves.
I would still give 5 star for the final look.
