Amazing furniture my garden look stanig good serwis
Item arrived 3 weeks after quoted delivery date, if I hadn’t have chased I don’t think we would have received an update, I chased delivery several times with customer support who couldn’t really give me any answers! table finally arrived and we do not have the correct parts to complete the 6th Chair to finish the set. Emailed 3 times and still don’t have any idea when the part to complete the 6th chair will arrive. The table itself is lovely but customer service and communication needs serious improvement!

Absolutely love our 10-seater cube dining set. Looks lovely and arrived before the expected delivery date. Went together fairly easy although some parts didn’t line up properly and needed a bit of manipulation to fit.
Had missing parts but great communication and rectified quickly. Panicked as there was some dodgy reviews but happy in the end thanks :)
The price fits the item
You have to put it together yourself which seemed to take forever and not all the screws fitted in the holes so we improvised with cable ties to secure it.
I wouldn’t say it’s the best rattan furniture I’ve had but would recommend it as a cheaper option to the ones you see in the garden centers
Built it myself, took few hours but did it over 2 afternoons. Straight forward following instructions but did make a mistake of not realising there was 4 bigger “o” screws which was needed for table and had used them in chairs somewhere 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏽♀️Got replacement screws so all well! Thankful for tools provided. Arrival of goods in store was earlier than expected👌🏻 Delivery took a bit longer but once I spoke with LauraJames it was sorted out and delivered quickly... live in Scotland and when I ordered it came up with £3.99 delivery charge which we did think was odd and rightly so as once order placed LJ contacted us to say £100 delivery fee which is not unreasonable but just passing info on as for customers to get realistic price when ordering.... 10’piece cube looks great value for money and would defo purchase from these again! I have advertised Pics of my set on Facebook advertising LauraJames as couldnt fault them. Thank you 😊

The quality is not as expected and even though we might have made an error but we have cream parasaol with Grey set of chairs. Not much support from cust team on this.
Thrilled with our garden set. Easy to build and all tools supplied. Excellent customer service, we had a problem with the cover and a replacement arrived pronto. Wish seat pads were a bit thicker though. Just need another heatwave now. It’s rained every day since it arrived!
