Chairs arrived broken, three badly broken and all the others have cracks in them. Look nice though. Delivery many weeks after they had originally said

Ordered these chairs And must say they are very comfortable and I am very pleased with them. I do have a slight problem with two of them but this company so your company replace them so quickly without any fuss whatsoever which is fantastic. I would definitely purchase things from your company again.

I love my garden table and chairs, and Laura James were great to offer a replacement of a slightly damaged bench. The delivery team weren't the best as they didn't wait for me to open the boxes before they left, but the garden furniture is lovely.

Beautiful table and we love it . Clever how it comes with a plug the same colour as the table if you don’t use the parasol.

Was a little nervous ordering given some of the reviews, but loved the look of the furniture, price and non-use of teak. Most negative reviews relate to the delays in delivery time and some breakages. It did take months to arrive, but we knew that. On arrival I unpacked it immediately as you only have 7 days to raise an issue and found one chair to be broken. We raised as ticket and they replaced the broken chair the next week. Now we finally have the furniture, we’re really happy wiht it as it’;s beautiful and seems well made, early days.

Well made and attractive chairs. As I am disabled, it was lovely to find a solid chair with arms, which enabled me to sit and enjoy my garden in comfort. Dire. Four chairs delivered broken and cushions missing from others. Customer service all pleasantries but slow and disjointed. Two replacement chairs sent. No mention of the other two replacement chairs and refusing to sent cushions. Claim not supplied with chairs. Yet all pictures on site show the cushions. My order acknowledgement lists them and my invoice does as well.

Really lovely and stylish bench and good quality. Took longer than expected to arrive.
