Purchased this set at beginning of May with a 4 week delivery date, seemed a good set, reasonable price with positive reviews, however my experience has been far from positive. Delivery date passed with no explanation or apology, I had to chase this myself. Advised item delayed and could be another 4 weeks, did not want to re-search for an alternative and also await delivery so I accepted this. A few weeks later a delivery company contacted me to arrange this, could not give time slot til day before (received at 7pm) which was for 5-8pm, so unnecessary annual leave used, imagine my disappointment when it arrived nearly 1 hour late and was only the rain cover! I finally got my furniture a few weeks later which seemed good and thought maybe it was worth the wait. However my cushions have mismatched colour/shade and texture and the parasol when fitted correctly does not lie at a rectangle across the rectangular table and is crooked and therefore does not shade the whole table. I have advised customer services over a week ago by phone and then emailed photos as advised and have yet to have a response. I am very disappointed that I will have to chase this again.

I can see that I have received a reply to my above negative review but seem unable to respond to this so have edited this review to add further comments. I have been in contact with customer services and have had no response from them either and am unaware of any arrangement to dispatch a new parasol pole. Fingers crossed it arrives some time soon, guessing I’m just expected to put up with mismatched cushions??

New pole for parasol arrived with holes aligned correctly so parasol now sits at rectangle across table. Came to an agreement regards partial refund by way of compensation to keep mismatched cushions as they are. Finally a happy customer, now just need some sunshine to enjoy it all

Product arrived in the exact time span given. The packaging was above and beyond to keep the product from being damaged. Simple to put together. Beautiful quality and a fantastic price. Highly highly recommend!

Very pleased with the delivery and how it was packed, it took just over an hour and a half to put together and looks fantastic . We used it over the Platinum jubilee weekend with friends who commented on how comfortable it was .One happy customer.😃

It arrived a couple of weeks earlier than expected which was a bonus... it was delivered with great communications from the delivery company and all pieces were intact and not damaged. Took me a few hours to put it together (alone) and was fairly easy, just lots of screws! Looks great on our new patio and it's very comfortable. I also managed to order before the prices went up, so I really did get a bargain with this. Very happy customer

I’m really pleased with this set. I haven’t been able to use it yet as the weather has been poor but managed to put it together ok and it feels steady. I would recommend buying the Laura James cover as it fits perfectly. Some unwinding of rattan on one of the table legs but will stick it back down. Customer service excellent - I’d like to point out how caring, efficient and polite Cristina was when I had questions. Order came earlier than expected and the courier was informative throughout. Looks expensive and trendy - can’t wait for summer! Also the parasol is really nice and looks great quality. 10/10

Items arrived got them assembled brilliant

Absolutely love our new outdoor dining set in the grey. Compact when packed away and covered but great space when all set up. Chairs very comfortable with the cushion pads and parasol a fab size. Just waiting until it’s safe to entertain now. Ordered the 2 seater rattan cube sofa along with 2 chairs and coffee table for outdoors also to go with this dining set. Have recommended Laura James to friends 😊 Thank you

Ordered our dining set when it said in stock date would be late August. Product came 4 weeks early much to our surprise, we were delighted! Excellent communication from the delivery company. The product itself is perfect, so easy to put together and very clear instructions. The value for money is unbeatable, we love our dining set and would 100% purchase from Laura James again. Thanks

Hi I managed to build the ten seater rattan furniture set leisurely over the space of 2-3 days...quality is good for the price.i had received 6 cushions short in my delivery and should be getting these when company receives them at the next in stock delivery date (start of sep) so hence the 4 stars.so check your deliveries for all contents!love LED parasol!!!

Both me and my wife absolutely love the 10 seater rattan set, it really brought our garden together. All our friends and family are also commenting how nice it looks.

We had a couple of small issues (one rubber pad missing and one chair side damaged), but Gerald from Laura James has been outstanding in resolving it promptly. He also kept me up to date with the progress of delivery of the replacement part.

I would definitely buy again from Laura James.
