Having read previous reviews was a bit apprehensive about the chairs and how difficult they may be to assemble. However they were fine. I love the whole set it looks great in my redesigned garden. Well done Laura James.

Good quality set, comfortable to sit in and good height for eating. Very satisfied with end product.

Seen a few reviews of this set where the buyer has commented on finding the set hard to screw together. I would totally agree with this. On odd occasions the Heads of the screws were soft and wore down too easily as you tightened until there wasn’t anything left to turn, leaving the screw halfway stuck. On one of the fixings the thread of the screw wouldn’t make a proper connection with hole thread even when properly aligned. With a bit of diy skill got it sorted myself.

Morale of the lesson: In hindsight I’d probably would have paid for assembly to avoid the hassle.

Now it’s up it does look amazing and good quality…. Putting it together was really hard though, but I must say it feels so sturdy and 100% worth the money. One of our chairs came with the wrong part and Laura James was so fast at responding and resolving the issue…. It was resolved in less than 48 hours including email exchanges so I really can’t fault their customer services at all! Would defo recommend buying, just be ready for an argument with the hubby while putting together!!!

This furniture set was exactly what we were looking for to go under our round gazebo. Excellent value for money! Only criticism is the chairs are a little different to assemble as not all of the screw holes line up perfectly but once build very sturdy. It looks lovely and people can't believe the price we paid. Highly recommend.

A nightmare to assemble! Designed so bad that you have to struggle to align and screw together parts. You can’t even exchange it as it says on the pack, no return once opened. How is one supposed to know that bad quality stuff is inside without opening the packs ??

Cheapest round 6 seater brown rattan table I could find and it doesn’t disappoint.

Product delivered with wrong table leg and customer service unable to resolve for nearly two weeks despite assurances. Never again I would buy anything from Laura James.
