Ive been looking for some rattan garden furniture for a while and everywhere i looked it was so expensive costing over £1000. I decided to buy the 8 seater kemble and apart from being a little difficult to build as some of the bolts rounded off before it was fully tight the furniture itself is amazing, very comfortable, alot bigger than what i expected but thats a good thing as its nice and spacious.
Perfect and cant wait for the Summer to enjoy it.

No issues with the table but some of the chairs are hard to put together. The multiple pieces don’t all align properly which then makes the screws very hard to get in, then many of them have stripped their hexagonal heads which means they’re effectively stuck. I expected better quality for the price (£900) to be honest. Also the chairs are too low for the table, LJ sent extra cushions when I complained about this but it should be better designed.

The dining set is lovely and is bigger than I expected which is good. A couple of things to take into account before purchasing: chairs are quite low against the table so we have had to buy larger cushions otherwise you can’t reach when eating. Secondly, the building of the chairs was not fun!!! A lot of the holes were not aligned and had to be forced….make sure you have an electric screwdriver otherwise you’ll be there days!!!

Great value in comparison with similar items. Some of the holes/ screws a bit tricky in chairs when building but overall not bad. Pleased with purchase .

The garden table and chair set we ordered from Laura James was very competitively priced. The company’s communication was excellent. There wasn’t long to wait before the set arrived and the delivery company they used was also brilliant. There was one faulty chair back, but I emailed customer services, got an immediate reply and the replacement part arrived within a few days. Honestly couldn’t be happier with how this purchase has gone!

Good quality, not that hard to assemble (there is a knack to the chairs - but not that hard to figure out - don't tighten them straight away).

Main problem is that the chairs are quite low compared to the table height.

We ordered the 8 seater and although there was an issue with delivery initially this was soon sorted and we were emailed a delivery date option & once accepted a time slot which made delivery much easier when trying to arrange around work.
The table & chairs came boxed & had to be assembled but we managed this without too much difficulty. The furniture is lovely & we are 100% happy with it. The chairs are really comfy and have nice grey cushions.
We would highly recommend.

Although had issues with lack of contact and information regarding delayed delivery, happy with it. As many have said, problems with lining up screw holes, and shredding some screw heads, but once made up, I was impressed with how sturdy it is. We made up the chairs first, which onley had an allen key provided, but when opening the table, discovered a ratchet, which made construction of the table much easier. The glass top has a sharp splinter on the edge which I thought might smooth down with wet sandpaper, but the company have arranged to send a replacement top, which I am very happy with. Waiting for it to arrive but that was only about a week ago.
