This is a beautiful sofa set, very sturdy and stylish. It looks quite different to the usual sets you see so definitely stands out! Comfortably fits 4 people, 5 at a squeeze.
Had a mishap with the delivery, the first set delivered was damaged and nothing fit together but the second set was fine. Hopefully just a one off manufacturing issue. Delivery company was quick and Laura James customer service was very helpful in sorting it out. Does take a while to build, a good 2 hours at least for us!
We love this set, and glad we purchased it - but we did have some difficulties assembling it. The pieces are not numbered, so was confusing at first. Then some of the pieces, the pre-drilled holes didn't align perfectly with other pieces, so required some brute force. If you plan on doing this on your own, simply don't. Other than that, it's amazing and we'll definitely be ordering from Laura James again. Fingers crossed an official furniture cover will be released.
Unfortunately the assembly instructions are not the clearest which meant that we ended up screwing together wrong parts and re-doing bits. Also some of the pre-drilled holes did not quite fit and match up on a few occasions. It all took a long time to get it assembled. However, once that was done, the sofa set is fantastic and we really enjoy it. Love the look, comfort, and functionality!
The wood is a lovely colour and the red/rust cushions are lovely too. Now the assembly pain is behind us, I am very happy with the product.
Nice outdoor seating set, love the colour of the cushions and the are soooo comfy! It has rained ever since it arrived, however so it's not had much use. I wish there was a cover for it!
The sofa arrived more than a week early 😀. It looks fab and is so comfy, we've spent so much more.time in the garden because of it. Just knocked off a star because it was quite testing to build, the illustrations weren't too clear. But we got there!
Great garden sofa! Really pleased with the quality of the wood and cushions. You can easily change the sofa to a corner sofa or separate chairs.
Lovely furniture looks great and very comfortable. Easy to assemble if your good at that kind of thing. Delivery was on time but sadly the delivery drivers were very uninterested and surly..
