Thank you, this is the first i order from Laura-James, the orded arrived fast. The product i bought (tv stand) was easy to build and is great quality. The design looks very nice and is well worth the price.
Love my new tv cabinet the brass legs and door knobs are my favorite part just wish the legs where metal like the doors knobs but other than that it looks classy and brings the theme in my lounge together. The instructions where clear and understandable especially the coded packs for the screws.

Looks just like on pictures, fast delivery, great service. Only complaint is that the manual is not very straightforward so it takes a long time to assemble the unit.
Item was poorly made and multiple scuffs found upon assembling. The doors to the tv stand have large gaps and is not as advertised. Really disappointed was expecting better but was not bothered to go through a whole process of returning the item as it took a while to come in the first places

The TV stand is lovely and matches so well with our living room. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 star is because the bottom panel was faulty. After explaining this to Laura James customer service team, they quickly sent out a new one and we were all set. Note: The table can be easy to scratch.
I think the title sums it up. Massively let down by your courier, but the quality of the product was very good
