Products are nice, both for design and the quality however you have to focus on logistic/delivery issues of your company.
Love our chairs. Well made, beautiful chic scandi vibes and they are so comfortable. They were easy to assemble but even so, I managed to stupidly damage one during construction. I had the piece replaced, free of charge, the very next week. Absolutely delighted with this customer service experience. Exemplary! Well done.
I am a firm believer of you get what you paid for and the table and chairs were not too much money wise. However really poor quality that is for sure. The table top looked like a clear surface, however it is a sort of pitted material and holds on to marks and hard to clean. Unlike a clear top that one could wipe down . Also the veneer on the chairs is lifting, I should have sent it back

I’m pleased with this well made table, it looks the same as in the photos and was very straightforward to put up with one person.
This is a really stylish and functional table. It's easy to assemble and fits nicely in our kitchen – we extend it when we have guests!
Poor quality. Brown marks around the edge of the tabletop where the coating stopped. Lots of scuffs and scrapes on the legs. Didn't look new.

Just as we expected and wanted, easy to build and sturdy.
Bought these and love the style of them, just as looks in pictures. We had a few scratches and damages on one of the chairs from delivery and Laura James team were so amazing and sent us out a new set within the same week.

The table and chairs were delivered when expected but unfortunately the table top was damaged and one of the chairs. On the bright side customer service particularly Kenya arranged for replacements to be sent which I am waiting for. The chairs look lovely and I am hoping the table is as nice with no damage!
