The sofa itself is nice but would have expected some support under each of the chairs not just the rattan. Putting it together was finicky and would be better with an Allan key not the ratchet. The supports holding chairs together are not great and needs more to hold them together

Furniture took me sometime to put together but was easy to follow instructions . Service on time . Furniture is better than I was expecting .

Brilliant sofa, easy to assemble

We received our rattan furniture earlier that expected which was a bonus. Kept us well informed with delivery times, and delivery was spot on. Definitely would recommend using this Company.

We absolutely love our new patio set, really comfortable and well made. Our only issue is with the parasol, the led lights don't work but the customer services team, particularly Kenya, have been fantastic and have offered to replace it. Quite robust very nice to look at easy to put together, only had to drill out 1 hole due to a piece of welding splatter easy to use another bolt and nut in all a lovely set of garden furniture

Bought this with a little apprehension but no need to worry. The service throughout was excellent. Kept up to date at each stage then the delivery lads were really good. Lovely item just right for the space it was to go in. Nicely made the right price for the item. Woul definitely recommend to others

Very pleased with this purchase good quality and value for money. Well made easy to assemble arrived flat packed with simple to follow instructions tools provided. whilst being sturdy in situ lightweight if you need to move. Delivery service was excellent with Emails and text messaging advising delivery window 24 hours in advance with 3 hour window on the day followed up with a call 30 minutes before arrival. Boxes were carried through to back garden and placed on patio 2 for sofa set and 1 for parasol. Parasol is very large covering the whole space.

Excellent service, good quality furniture for a great price. Takes 1 hr to assemble with 2 people- easy to assemble. Can’t wait for warmer weather

Purchased 4 seater rattan sofa for garden. Unfortunately glass tabletop did not survive delivery. Contacted customer service who immediately arranged for a replacement tabletop to be sent which arrived a couple of days later. Would happily order from again.
