The cabinet was lovely but still waiting for company to get back to me what are they going to do about it being all damaged on arrival, really it's not good enough after buying it .

Really pleased with this shoe cabinet. It looks lovely, seems strong and has a small footprint. The only thing I didn’t expect was that it has to be attached to the wall - but maybe that’s a thing with these cabinets because they are so narrow?
My product arrived damaged. I contacted you and you told me you would replace the damaged part with a new one. I asked for you to take back the damaged part (as it would cost me to dispose) and I was told I would have to pay 57.50 sterling collection which is incredible given it is your fault and I should not bear responsibility for disposal of your part. I have yet to receive the new part. I went on to see the reviews of this before I purchased and there were so many reports of damages. This is very poor customer service.
