The reason why I give more than a neutral 3 star is because of the great customer service the company has provided. My sofa came with a dent on the hand rest so I had raised the issue with customer service and the team was very quick in response and quite approachable. They shipped the spare part right away however it happened to be wrong side part twice. Despite this, I am confident that the company would not send broken products and wrong parts on purpose. However, this experience has made me a bit extra conscious about putting too much weight on the hand rest. I am not sure how tough the sofa is in terms of handling weight on its shoulders. All I can do is hope that the company can provide some kind of after sales service or sell any spares in future if I need them. I am not sure it can last for years and years so only time can tell. They are good for the price but quite small. I live in a flat so I purchased this one as well as 3 seater of same colour. They make a great contribution to the look of the room but they are small in size. I have spent good amount of money on these sofas so I am disappointed that I have to be conscious about not exerting too much weight on them. Hence I would have given 3 star but the customer service responding to the emails definitely deserves a compliment for their responses and service hence a 4 star.

Fabulous sofa

We brought the Tracy 3 seater sofa for our family room. I was a little apprehensive because it was so much cheaper than others I’d seen but I’m absolutely thrilled. It’s great quality, fairly firm but comfortable and perfect for a second seating area e.g conservatory/family room. Cannot recommend enough!
