Ordered and got the confirmation email, then got the dispatched email.... then nothing. I followed up a few days after and got a call that they were looking into it... then nothing. Send a follow up email a few days later and a few days after that got an email to say the courier couldnt find the chair, would I like to get a refund or reorder. I emailed back straight away asking for appropriate timelines as I needed the chair for Christmas... no response. I followed up with a phone call and got a lovely girl who said it was in stock and should be dispatched that day, she followed up with an email... then nothing. No idea if it had been dispatched or what the situation was...I left it a few days and sent another email and was told it was sent on 15th... it arrived yesterday. LOVE the chair but if you want something in the timeliness provided on the site just be warey. There was feedback about issues with the courier before and I was one of the unlucky ones I guess. It was the lack of communication I found the most frustrating. Would buy from them again because their products are good quality.. I'll just be prepared to have to follow up. .

The sofa bed has a lovely appearance and is very easy to set up as a bed and back to a sofa. There is quite a hard section in the bed where the hinges are, so suggest adding some additional blankets / pillows underneath the sleeper to keep them comfortable for the night.

This sofa bed lived up to my expectations. Colour is gorgeous. Very cosy. Easily assembled. I would definitely recommend it.

This chair bed is lovely, the fabric is nice and it seems well made, only thing I noticed there are no pre drilled holes to screw on the legs, so resorted to using a drill which the instructions say not to do. The courier Laura James use is awful, I've never heard of them, the chair arrived the day after the tracking said with no prior warning- it was really lucky timing as my mum had only just arrived home when it came and the driver nearly left it outside her house on the street! I'm pleased with the chair overall but beware XDP, looking at the other reviews we were lucky

Lovely stylish looking sofa bed. A little difficult to screw on the leg as there’s no holes, just screwing into the wood but nonetheless feels quite solid and looks great.

Bought the grey velvet version for our 10 yr old daughter’s room, so she can have friends to stay. Cleverly made & easy to convert from chair to bed. Smaller than expected but perfect for her room as not too ostentatious. It’s not the softest, comfiest seat when in chair position, but as a bed there is more cushioning and everyone who has slept on it has said it was comfy! The chair legs are mahogany, which we felt didn’t match, so sprayed them gold, as you can see in the photo.
The courier service was disappointing as the chair didn’t arrive until 2 days after the tracking said without any update or warning. We had bought it for our daughter’s birthday which was 10th March, and delivery said between 3-7th. It didn’t arrive until the 9th! Beware!

Fast delivery and helped me put it in my house. Easy to assemble.

Really elegant piece, simple to set up and to use, lovely plush material but actual seat itself (mattress)is quite hard. Good for a one night only guest.

Ordered Una single sofa bed - blue - velvet. The quality is good and easy to adjust. The mattress is not very thick and you might need an extra cover if planning to sit or sleep for a long period. The delivery had been faster than expected(10 days earlier) which was a great surprize.

Looks good and good value for money. For a grown-up to actually sleep on it, it is quite hard
